We’ll start with a quick, real-talk conversation about stress, burnout, and what it actually looks like to take care of yourself during the school year. Then we’ll move through an accessible, feel-good yoga flow with simple postures, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques you can take straight back into your daily routine. This isn’t about being perfect or flexible, it’s about creating small, sustainable moments of calm so you can show up as your best self, both in and out of the classroom.
